My mother was waking up every morning covered in bites but refused to believe it could be bed bugs. I managed to persuade her that we should have someone come take a look. We were both a little skeptical about using dogs to sniff out the bugs but Molly from the canine detection team was a real pro – she went straight to the affected part of my home. Such a clever dog and so cute too! Molly’s handler was great, really knowledgeable and professional. We only had a small number of bugs so the treatment was quick and easy, and the follow-up treatments were done efficiently and on time.

I don’t normally do these reviews but I just had to let you know how much I appreciated the service I received from the Pronto Pest operatives who came to treat our bed bug infestation. They were able to answer every question I had, and really took the time to listen to my concerns. It’s hard to face up to having bed bugs in your home but having such calm, understanding professionals there to put my mind at ease helped so much. The treatment worked perfectly too.
